HR Truck Driver (Flocon Driver)

Location: Epping Asphalt Facility

Alex Fraser is seeking a reliable and professional HR Truck Driver with tipper experience (preferred) to join our team as a Flocon Driver on day shift. This is a full-time position, offering stable hours and the prospect to work with one of Australia’s leading providers of sustainable construction materials.

Operating primarily from our Epping Asphalt Facility, with flexibility to support operations at our Laverton site, you’ll play a key role in the safe and timely delivery of asphalt across metropolitan Melbourne. As the face of Alex Fraser on-site, your professionalism and safety-first approach will help us deliver outstanding service to our customers in the construction sector.

What We Offer
$32.47 base rate per hour
Permanent full-time employment
Day shift as standard, with occasional night shift opportunities
Start times between 5:00am – 6:30am, working 8 to 10-hour shifts on average
Monday to Friday schedule with rostered weekend work based on operational needs
Metro Melbourne travel only
Overtime opportunities available
