A leading Western Australian not-for-profit provider of aged care, family, community, early learning and disability services that supports people throughout life’s journey is seeking a General Manager - Home Care.

About the role In this role you’ll lead a team to deliver quality, person centred and sustainable home care services with a innovative mindset to support users to live their best life, while continuing to live independently.

About you

We are looking for a team-oriented leader with strong sector relationships. Along with in-depth clinical knowledge you’ll bring:
Tertiary qualification in a related field or equivalent industry experience
Significant care service management experience
Strong track record in leading person-centred, quality and compliant services to improve the wellbeing of vulnerable people.




Experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring and professional development
The ability to innovate, develop, design, plan resource and implement services.
Evidence of Covid Vaccination (or approved exemption)
National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)
