Health Informatics Analyst (AI Training)

At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. We're looking for experienced Health Informatics Analysts to bring their clinical data expertise to the frontier of AI development.
This is a unique opportunity to apply your knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare workflows, and health data analytics to help AI understand and reason about one of the most complex and high-stakes domains in the world — healthcare.

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Evaluate and provide expert feedback on AI-generated healthcare content, data interpretations, and clinical reasoning
Analyze and assess how accurately AI handles EHR data, clinical workflows, and health information systems
Identify errors, gaps, or unsafe outputs in AI responses related to health informatics topics
Apply your knowledge of healthcare data standards, reporting, and system design to improve AI quality
Provide structured, detailed feedback using explicit evaluation guidelines
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Hands-on experience with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
Robust analytical skills including data visualization, reporting, and trend analysis
Ability to evaluate complex health information scenarios with clarity and precision
Comfortable working with clinical, technical, and operational concepts
Detail-oriented with strong written communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with health data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or ICD coding
Background in clinical informatics, health IT, or health data engineering
Prior work with dashboards, business intelligence tools, or population health platforms
