ABOUT THE ROLE An exciting prospect for a highly capable financial accountant or business services first mover to join a broad scoping role reporting directly into a Finance Manager and working across the business as well as with SLT.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the month-end and year-end close process, including journal preparation, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations




Prepare and analyse financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards
Support statutory reporting requirements, liaising with external auditors and advisers as needed
Maintain and strengthen internal controls, identifying opportunities for process improvement across the finance function
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support commercial decision-making
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide financial insight and support broader business initiatives

KEY REQUIREMENTS
CA/CPA Qualified
Business services background is highly regarded
Hands on and in the detail approach
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Motivated and ambitious
