You'll be setting the standard for what excellent creative performance looks like agency-wide, mentoring senior strategists, and owning how performance data drives creative direction, including the agency's proprietary AI tooling.

The right person has serious performance marketing credentials, a genuine creative eye, and the credibility to be the senior voice in the room on craft and quality. You know Meta and Google well enough to hold a team accountable, and you understand why creative is where the real competitive edge lives.

What you bring

Essential
Significant performance marketing experience, ideally agency-side




Genuine dual-strength across both creative and performance, this role cannot lean only one way
A track record of setting and lifting standards across teams or accounts
Experience developing and mentoring strategists or creatives
Robust understanding of paid media (Meta, Google) and how performance data informs creative decisions
Comfort operating as a hands-on leader, not solely a manager

Desirable:
Experience with or genuine enthusiasm for AI-driven creative workflows
Exposure to DTC / ecommerce brands
Experience working within or alongside a pod, squad, or distributed delivery structure
