You have leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
You love building excellent teams and creating a positive workplace culture
You're resilient, adaptable, and thrive when things get busy
You lead by example and bring a positive, can-do attitude every day
Quick food experience is highly regarded but not essential
