About the Role:

This is a dynamic field-based role where you’ll be delivering high-quality service, breakdown support, fault finding and preventative maintenance on JCB machinery across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Diagnosing and resolving breakdowns in the field
Performing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
Conducting fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
Working directly with customers to deliver safe and professional service
Collaborating with internal technical teams on complex repairs
Representing the business professionally across customer sites

About You:
Mechanical Trade Certificate (all mechanical trades considered)
Experience working on fixed or mobile plant, construction, agricultural or automotive equipment
Previous JCB or OEM equipment experience desirable
Robust diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Current Australian driver’s licence
Commitment to safe work practices and good communication skills
Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screening
