Joyce Mechanical Services are seeking experienced Diesel Fitters for ongoing roles across multiple Bowen Basin mine sites.

Based in Mackay, we are a trusted contractor delivering maintenance, rebuilds, and field service support for heavy mobile plant in mining and civil sectors. We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, reliability, and a robust team culture.

$76.50 per hour super paid on all hours worked
7:7 rotating day/night roster
Limited dayshift-only roles available
Paid DIDO travel
Mine-spec ute supplied

Overtime available (onsite or Mackay workshop)

Key Responsibilities
Diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on heavy mobile plant
Preventative maintenance and inspections




Fault finding and troubleshooting mechanical systems
Working safely within site teams
Maintaining compliance with safety standards

About You
Trade-qualified Diesel Fitter (or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
Experience on diesel engines and heavy equipment
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
CBM & S11 (highly regarded but not essential)
