Role Summary: We are seeking a Full Stack Front-End Developer with solid React and up-to-date web development expertise, complemented by Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) skills, to support the development and enhancement of a customer-facing portal for the Aged Care sector. The role will focus on delivering seamless digital experiences for customers, families, and care providers while ensuring accessibility, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly portal interfaces.
Build and maintain front-end applications using React, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Develop and integrate APIs and backend services to support portal functionality.
Configure and customize Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) components, templates, and content workflows.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, business analysts, and product owners to translate requirements into solutions.
Implement authentication, customer profile management, forms, notifications, and self-service capabilities.
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and security best practices.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and code reviews.
Support CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployments.
