The Prospect

We are partnering with a well-established and highly regarded construction business to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join their Sydney team in North Sydney.

This is a genuinely varied opportunity supporting the Senior Leadership Team. Rather than being a traditional EA role, this position encompasses a broad mix of executive support, HR administration, events, office coordination and general business support.

Working closely with a highly collaborative leadership team, you will be trusted to use your initiative, think on your feet and stay one step ahead.



This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced EA or senior administrator who enjoys variety, takes ownership and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As Executive Assistant to the Executive, your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Expert calendar management to ensure smooth scheduling and prioritisation of commitments;
Organising and coordinating travel across NSW, with meticulous attention to detail;
Efficiently scheduling meetings and arranging events with precision;
Prepare and disseminate reports;
Managing confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion;
Facilitate the onboarding and induction process for recent hires;
Provide support in managing the Resource Forecasting system; and
Act as the primary point of c
