Resthaven is seeking a Customer Intake Partner to join our Murray Malley Adelaide Hills Community Services team.

In this relationship-focused role, you'll guide current clients and their families through their journey with Resthaven - from understanding their individual needs, goals and funding through to establishing personalised services and successfully onboarding them into Community Services.

You'll manage a pipeline of prospective clients while working closely with Care Partners, multidisciplinary teams and other stakeholders to provide a seamless and positive experience.

You will:
Facilitate the admission and onboarding of current clients through face-to-face and virtual appointments.
Build relationships with clients and families to understand their needs, goals and preferences.
Provide information and guidance on available funding, services and support options.




Develop individual client budgets and coordinate services aligned with their goals.
Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and work towards agreed intake and sales KPIs.
Ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the onboarding process.
Develop relationships with community referral networks and promote Resthaven Community Services.
Collaborate with Care Partners, multidisciplinary teams and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition into services.
Maintain accurate client information and documentation across relevant systems.

Essential Criteria:
Experience in a person-centred, relationship-focused, sales or business development role.
Solid communication, relationship management and negotiation skills.
Experience managing a customer or sales pipeline and working towards KPIs.
