Located in Mawson Lakes SA 5095, Pizza Lab Adelaide is seeking a passionate and experienced Cook to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking a variety of pizzas and other menu items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
Preparing ingredients, including dough, sauces, meats, vegetables, and other toppings for daily kitchen operations.
Monitoring cooking times and temperatures to ensure consistency, presentation, and food quality.
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, sanitation, and workplace cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations.
Assisting with stock control, stock rotation, and ordering supplies while minimising food wastage.
Inspecting food ingredients and finished dishes to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency.




Working collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure effective service during busy periods.
Following workplace health and safety procedures and contributing to the smooth operation of the kitchen.

About you
At least one year of relevant experience as a Cook.
Sound knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Positive communication and time management skills.
Passion for producing high-quality food and maintaining excellent kitchen standards.

Job Type: Permanent/Full-time

Salary: $76,000 - $86,000 per annum
