Harmony Australasia is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor (Surface & UG Infrastructure) to support delivery of Major Capital Projects across our Australia and Papua Recent Guinea Mine Operations. Reporting to the Manager Construction as well as interfacing closely with our Mine Senior Leadership (Project Owners), this role provides construction leadership to ensure project works are executed safely, efficiently and in line with schedule, budget and quality expectations. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating contractors, managing operational interfaces, and driving a strong safety culture across diverse brownfields settings.

ROSTER:

This role offers a dynamic, balanced schedule that combines on site impact with Brisbane based flexibility:
9 focused days on site in PNG
5 daybreak to recharge
Two 5 day Brisbane weeks,



with flexibility to work from home up to two days each week

Harmony is the largest gold producer by volume in South Africa and is a significant operator of gold tailings retreatment facilities.

In Papua Current

Guinea, Harmony owns and operates the Hidden Valley mine and owns 50% of the Tier 1 Wafi-Golpu copper-gold project. In Australia, Harmony owns the high-grade CSA copper mine in Cobar, NSW and is constructing the Eva Copper Mine in Cloncurry, QLD with first production targeted for the second half of the 2028 calendar year. These assets are supported by the Harmony Australasia regional corporate office located in Milton, Brisbane.
