About The Role

We're looking for chemistry experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models being developed by the world's leading AI research labs. Your deep domain knowledge will directly shape how AI understands and reasons through complex chemistry problems — from undergraduate fundamentals to advanced graduate-level concepts.

No AI experience required. If you can think rigorously about chemistry, you're already qualified.

What You'll Do
Design challenging, high-quality chemistry problems to test the limits of AI reasoning across domains like chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and more
Develop explicit, step-by-step solutions with rigorous logic and detailed explanations
Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and overall quality
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate through Master's-level chemistry topics
Provide structured, constructive feedback that helps improve AI model performance





Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Robust problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
No prior AI or data annotation experience required

Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, evaluation systems, or quality review workflows
Familiarity with large language models or AI tools
Background spanning multiple chemistry subfields
