North Ryde, SydneyOwn the Australian Healtheries portfolio and help shape thefuture of two trusted health and wellness brands.Vitaco is home to some of Australia and Recent Zealand’s most trusted health and wellness brands, including Healtheries, Nutra-Life, Musashi, Athena and Balance.We’re looking for an experienced Brand Manager, or a high-performing Assistant Brand Manager ready to step up, to take ownership of the Healtheries Food portfolio in Australia while helping deliver innovation across both Healtheries and Nutra-Life.Working closely with our Australian and Current Zealand marketing teams, you’ll combine strategic brand thinking with hands‑on execution, leading innovation, building brands consumers love and partnering across the business to bring consumer-led ideas to market.

What you’ll be doing
Leadthe Australian Healtheries Food annual brand plan and contribute to thelong-term brand strategy.
Ownbrand performance, including P&L;, marketing budgets and portfoliooptimisation.




DeliverNew Product Development (NPD) projects from consumer insight and conceptdevelopment through to launch and post-launch review.
Turnconsumer, category and market insights into clear brand and commercialopportunities.
Briefand manage consumer research to identify consumer needs, validate conceptsand strengthen future innovation.
Partnerwith Sales, Category, R&D;, Operations, Regulatory, PMO, eCommerce andagency partners to successfully deliver projects.
Developand execute integrated brand campaigns across creative, media, socialmedia and influencer channels.
Preparecompelling customer presentations to support category reviews, rangereviews and commercial prospects with major retail customers.
Trackbrand, competitor and innovation performance, identifying opportunities togrow sales, margin and market share.
