Curly's on the Corner is busy and long-established cafe in Curl Curl, we are seeking a passionate Café Manager to lead our FOH team. This is a full-time role with the opportunity for performance bonuses. Close to the beach, loved by locals and with robust focus on Australian breakfast cuisine, Curly's offers a great lifestyle on the Northern Beaches coupled with a fun and easy-going team setting.

The candidate must have a passion for hospitality, and a desire to learn and progress. In addition, they will be a person of integrity with a strong work ethic, high standards and the ability to handle a quick-paced work environment. Being a team player is essential. Baristas/FOH staff looking to take on more responsibility are welcome to apply.

Duties include




deliver quality customer service quickly and efficiently
lead and direct the FOH team
stock ordering
manage rostering and staff labour costs
Direct FOH cleaning
barista experience helpful but not necessary as training can be provided.

6am starts and Sunday availability essential. Minimum 2 years full time hospitality experience required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
