Bartender for neighbourhood restaurant in Armadale. 20-25hrs per week

As we head into Spring we are looking to expand our team for the busy season. We are looking for a Bartender to join our team at Pony! About us: We are a small + busy neighbourhood restaurant in Armadale with a big personality, for our community as a part of our community. We work closely, move quickly, and keep things straightforward -
valuable food, good wine, good people.

The role/you:
In charge of day to day service of the bar.
Make beverages in a dispense bar setting with speed and efficiency.
Batching house cocktails, prep syrups etc.
Maintain high standards of bar cleanliness and organisation.
Must have 2+ years in bartending, with solid classic cocktail and spirit knowledge.
Potential to be involved in menu curation if interested.
20-25hrs per week with more hours going into summer.
RSA and full working rights in Australia.
