Project Manager – Commercial Construction Perth | Permanent Chance | $3M–$20M Projects

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to join an award-winning commercial builder with a strong reputation for delivering quality government projects across Perth.

With a full workbook secured through to at least mid-2027 , this is a great opportunity to join a stable and growing business where you can work on a diverse range of projects.

The ProjectsYou will be responsible for delivering commercial projects typically ranging from $3M to $20M, including:
Schools and education facilities
Aged care projects
Fire stations
Police stations
Health and medical facilities
Other government and community infrastructure

The RoleYou will take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and an experienced site team.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:




Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction
Experience delivering projects ideally between $3M and $20M
Government project experience is highly regarded
Solid understanding of construction processes, contracts, programming and budgets
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to lead project teams and drive projects to successful completion
A strong focus on quality, safety and client relationships
