We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Kensington store. This is a excellent development opportunity for an ambitious retail leader looking to take the next step in their career. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help lead a team of four colleagues, driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service.

What You'll Do
Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store.
Coach and develop a team of four colleagues.
Drive sales performance and deliver store targets.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain high standards of presentation, compliance and operations.
Represent the store confidently during stakeholder visits.




Lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager is preferred.
Confident leadership and communication skills.
Solid sales and customer service experience.
Comfortable coaching colleagues and supporting performance.
Professional and confident with visiting stakeholders and senior leaders.
Optical experience is welcome but not essential.
