Your new role:

This is a full time permanent role Monday to Friday.

You would be working in a team of 4 Customer Service operators and amongst a larger team of roughly 60 people in NSW.

Your new role will include:




Providing exceptional customer service over the phone and by email
Entering orders
Obtain quotes and book transport
Provide follow up and customer service for any outstanding orders
Filing of orders and invoices
Generating monthly reports

Our client is looking for:

Calm, friendly and professional customer service expertise and someone who is a outstanding team player.

To be considered for this role you will need:
Clear and professional communication skills
A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent attention to detail
Keen-to-learn attitude and a robust work ethic!
Mature, positive and proactive approach to work
A driver's license and reliable transport are preferable due to the location of the office
