Personal Care Assistant (PCA Aged Care) | Casual | Ballarat
About the Work
You’ll join our supportive team of PCAs who provide essential daily care, comfort, and companionship to residents in local aged care homes. Every shift you take makes a real impact in your own community.
What You’ll Need
At least 6 months’ experience as a PCA in residential aged care
2 senior clinical references
Current Police Check (within 12 months)
Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations
A genuine passion for caring and helping local residents live well
Advantages on offer:
Excellent hourly rates of $40- $100 p/hr
