Focused On Recruitment is helping a boutique MSP in North Sydney hire a Service Desk Analyst with energy, curiosity and a can-do attitude. You’ll start onsite and transition to a hybrid mode (1 day WFH per week) after training.
You’ll resolve tickets quick, support users by phone, email and remote tools, and assist with onboarding, access issues and basic networking problems while gaining hands-on exposure to deployments, upgrades and onsite work.
