Your Role
Scout and identify potential LIVE talent
Contact and pitch potential creators
Convert prospects into signed ProMark creators
Hit weekly and monthly recruitment targets
No creator management. No coaching. No ongoing support.
Just FIND. CONTACT. CONVERT. SIGN.
TikTok knowledge, sales or recruitment experience is highly desirable.
Performance-driven role with robust earning and progression opportunities.
