You will be the friendly first point of contact for customers and guide them through the end-to-end repair journey across our CARe Automotive and MotorOne Autobody networks.
In this role you will collaborate with internal teams and insurers, manage bookings, and ensure timely resolutions while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
