About the Role

We’re looking for a polished and energetic Front of House Concierge to join our team in a rapid-paced, client-facing environment. Working as part of a close-knit 2-person front of house team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, setting the tone with professionalism, warmth, and efficiency.

This is a dynamic role that blends customer service, presentation, and administration, ideal for someone who thrives on variety and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all clients and visitors
Manage front desk operations, including phone and email enquiries
Coordinate bookings, appointments, and daily schedules




Maintain a high standard of presentation across the reception area
Provide seamless support to the wider team with administrative tasks
Handle client requests with efficiency, discretion, and attention to detail
Work collaboratively with your FOH teammate to ensure smooth daily operations

About You
Previous experience in a front of house, reception, or customer service role
Impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
Confident multitasker who thrives in a quick-paced environment
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, team-oriented approach with a positive attitude
Comfortable managing competing priorities while maintaining a calm, professional demeanour
