About the role

West HQ is seeking customer service specialists to join our Customer Service team. Based in the Rooty Hill RSL Club, we have a team of Receptionists and Concierge staff who are responsible for meeting, greeting and signing in our Members and Guests as well as providing key information and direction.

This position also involves ensuring the appropriate legislative processes are performed accurately when allowing people entry into the venue including RSA.

West HQ is looking for the right person, someone who:
Has a high level of customer service, excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills.




Will provide information on events, activities and services occurring and have an ability to quickly learn about the products and services available across the business and use a computer well.
Is a positive team player who strives to exceed customers expectations.

What will you need to be considered?
Exceptional customer service ability, both face to face and over the phone
Experience in a face to face customer service role
General knowledge of hospitality industry is advantageous
Ability to be effective in peak periods and quieter periods
Ability to quickly learn about the organisation and its products and services
Must have RSA and RCG (or be willing to obtain one)
Availability to work nights and weekends in addition to day shifts
