Everyday Independence in Springwood is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with a disability. You will lead an interdisciplinary youth team planning NDIS funded therapy packages and act as the main contact for participants and families.

The role requires a relevant tertiary qualification and registration in Youth Work, Social Work, Special Education or Nursing. You will work across homes, schools, and community settings, bill sessions and contribute to
