The Opportunity

Buildsafe is one of Australia's leading height safety and access solutions providers, partnering with many of the country's largest residential builders.

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our presence across South Australia. You'll focus on developing current builder relationships, identifying growth opportunities and expanding existing accounts, while working closely with Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

This is a hands-on role combining field-based client meetings with office-based quoting, CRM management and sales administration.

About You

You're a motivated sales qualified who enjoys building relationships, winning new business and delivering commercial results.

You'll Bring
Experience in business development or sales within residential or commercial construction (essential)
Solid relationship-building and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
CRM experience and robust organisational skills
Current driver's licence
