We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Leading Hand to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced production workplace and supporting team performance on the floor.

This role offers a stableday shift roster , strong team culture and the opportunity to contribute to operational improvement and safety outcomes.

What’s on offer
Permanent, full time opportunity
Monday to Thursday, 6:00am to 4:00pm (long weekends every week)
Supportive leadership team and established manufacturing operation

Key responsibilities
Support daily production activities and coordinate workflow on the floor




Provide hands‑on leadership and guidance to production staff
Ensure adherence to safety, quality and operational procedures
Assist with inventory movement and material handling
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team performance

About you
Previous experience in a Leading Hand, Team Leader or Senior Operator role within manufacturing
Current forklift licence – essential
Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality standards
Reliable, proactive and able to lead by example on the production floor
Good communication and problem-solving skills
