About the Company:

Leading provider of residential solar and battery solutions helping Australians power their homes with clean energy. With recent products, strong growth, and exciting government rebates, they are expanding fast and looking for an organised, energetic Installation Coordinator to join their team!

The Role:

You’ll be the link between their teams, installers, and customers, making sure every solar battery installation runs smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule installations across multiple states




Keep customers updated and jobs running smoothly
Support installers with in office challenges
Ensure all documentation and compliance are on point
Help refine and improve our processes as we grow

About You:
2+ years’ experience in scheduling, operations or dispatch (solar/electrical advantageous)
Confident communicator and multitasker
CRM/field service experience (HubSpot, FieldPulse or similar)
Calm under pressure, proactive and detail-focused
Passionate about renewable energy and teamwork
Fast growing clean energy company with purpose
