Mackay Hospital and Health Service is seeking a Clinical Nurse (School Based Youth Health) to join the Clermont MPHS team on a permanent basis. The role delivers advanced clinical nursing care to students and coordinates care across the Clermont, Dysart and Middlemount High Schools.
The School Based Youth Health Nurse will work within term times, partnering with education staff and health colleagues to promote student wellbeing and access to health services in a regional setting.
