About the role

Enjoy permanent, full time employment in our team at Blayney NSW in our Environmental Treatment Solutions division. Early starts at 7:00am, with some overtime and weekend work available Monday to Friday. We offer a fitness passport membership with access to gyms and fitness facilities across the country.

Responsibilities
Operate plant equipment, forklift essential and other machinery such as loader desirable.
Handle incoming waste: stockpiling, compacting and processing DG (dangerous goods) and NDG (non‑dangerous goods) materials.
Screen and sort waste to ensure proper disposal.
Load and unload vehicles, weigh waste, and manage different waste streams.
Perform manual and physical work.

Qualifications
Current driver licence and forklift licence; experience essential.




Loader ticket and waste industry experience desirable.
Machinery operation and hands‑on experience as a plant operator.
Willingness to work in a hands‑on environment.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude and commitment to safety.
