The Manager oversees the daily operations of the location, ensuring exceptional customer service, effective workflow, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role is responsible for staff leadership, inventory control, and maintaining high standards of food safety and presentation.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workplace for customers and staff.
Ensure all food and beverages are prepared to quality standards.
Monitor workflow to maintain efficiency during peak periods.
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
Build solid relationships with regular customers and the local community.
Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional atmosphere.
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
