Utilise your project management background in software engineering to guide the development of sophisticated, deep tech products incorporating machine learning, signal processing and autonomous underwater vehicle (AUV) technology. As a junior to mid-level PM, you will need around two to five years managing software engineering projects in high-tech settings, while prior experience as a C++ software engineer would be helpful but not essential.

Critical Skills and Experience:
A computer science or engineering degree
A project management certification
Experience managing software product development projects
Project budgeting and cost-accounting exposure
A track record of successful project delivery
An understanding of systems engineering in a software development context
Australian citizenship (essential - classified technology)

Optional Skills and Experience
Software engineering or hardware design background




Experience managing C++, FPGA, Machine Learning or DSP engineers
Experience in industry sectors like biotechnology, defence, aerospace
