High-Rise Residential | $200M+ Projects | Solid Team
Gold Coast Based Opportunity



We're seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a landmark high-rise residential project on the Gold Coast.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in rapid-paced environments and has experience managing large residential projects from structure through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations
Coordinate subcontractors and site teams
Drive programme, safety, and quality
Conduct site meetings and inspections
Deliver projects on time and to a high standard

What We're Looking For
Proven Site Manager experience on major residential projects
Experience on projects valued at $100M+ (larger preferred)
Strong leadership and programming skills
Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing
