Inbound and Outbound Calling:
Handle incoming inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Initiate proactive outbound calls to potential franchise prospects.
Ensure transparent and effective communication to understand client requirements and address concerns.
Achieving Sales Target:
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or surpass targets.
Monitor progress towards sales goals regularly and take corrective actions when necessary.
Converting Deals:
Guide leads through the sales process, from initial contact to deal closure.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to showcase the perks of franchise ownership.
Handle objections and negotiate terms to successfully convert leads into franchise sales.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, meetings scheduled, and deals closed.
Prepare periodic reports detailing sales performance, pipeline status, and conversion rates.
Customer Relationship Management:




Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Address any post-sale queries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and legal, to facilitate smooth execution of franchise sales processes.
Share best practices, insights, and strategies with team members to collectively achieve sales targets.
