We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading residential builder delivering landmark high-rise developments across the Gold Coast.

This opportunity will suit a Project Manager with experience delivering $200M+ residential or mixed-use projects, looking to join a business with a robust pipeline of premium developments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead projects from commencement through to completion
Manage programme, budget, procurement, and commercial outcomes
Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders
Drive safety, quality, and project performance
Mentor project teams and ensure successful delivery

What We're Looking For
Proven Project Manager experience on $200M+ projects
High-rise residential or mixed-use experience highly regarded




Robust commercial and leadership capability
Excellent stakeholder management skills
