ALH Recruitment is seeking reliable, self-motivated Terminal Labourers to join our client’s bulk storage and handling facility in Murarrie, Brisbane. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent, well-paid work with a strong safety culture and supportive team environment.

About the Role As a Terminal Labourer, you’ll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. Duties include:
Assisting with unloading trucks and transferring grain onto conveyor belts
Managing grain storage piles and preparing product for shipment
Cleaning and maintaining terminal areas to meet hygiene and compliance standards
Conducting basic quality checks on grain movement and handling
General labouring tasks including manual handling and walking up to 20,000 steps per day
Supporting terminal operators and other team members across departments

Guaranteed minimum 35 hours per week during quieter periods

What You’ll Need
Current driver’s licence and reliable transport




Physically fit and capable of hands-on, active work
Robust attention to detail, reliability and safety focus
Positive attitude and ability to work in a team
Tickets - Confined Spaces, Working at Heights, Forklift, Loader, Bobcat/Skid Steer etc (highly regarded, but training available)
Previous experience in a terminal, warehouse, or labouring role desirable
