Located in East Melbourne VIC 3002, ROCCELLA PTY LTD is currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Trade Waiter to become part of their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Providing professional table service, taking food and beverage orders, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for guests.
Recommending menu items, daily specials, and beverages while responding to customer enquiries in a knowledgeable and friendly manner.
Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with venue standards.
Setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining area.
Processing customer payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Liaising effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving service-related issues professionally.




Complying with food safety, hygiene, responsible service of alcohol (RSA), and workplace health and safety requirements.

About you
At least one year of relevant experience as a Trade Waiter or in a similar hospitality role.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant workplace.
Sound knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a skilled attitude.
Well-presented, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service.
Adaptable availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Type: Permanent/Full time

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
