Timbecon is looking for a Retail & Warehouse Specialist to join our team in Balcatta! This unique role blends customer service and warehouse operations, making it ideal for someone with a background in tool sales, hardware, or woodworking.

About the Role

As a key team member, you will:
Assist customers in-store, providing advice on woodworking tools and machinery.
Process sales and orders, helping customers find the right solutions.
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain store and warehouse organisation, helping to keep stock levels in check.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:
Retail or customer service experience in tools, hardware, or woodworking (highly desirable).
Robust organisational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.




A passion for woodworking and helping others (bonus!).
