Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior HR Advisor position partners with leaders and employees to deliver end-to-end HR services including recruitment, onboarding, employment contracts, employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, remuneration review, payroll support, training coordination and leadership capability development. Through enhancing the employee experience for all, we can achieve excellence.

The role is expected to provide trusted advice, strengthen people processes, support compliance with employment obligations and build leadership confidence in managing people matters effectively and consistently, while working with cultural awareness, respect and sensitivity in Aboriginal community and organisational contexts.

The Senior HR Advisor is a standalone role for the business currently and is responsible for providing practical, commercially sound and compliant generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
