About the role
Mello House seeks for an experienced, enthusiastic and adaptable floor staff to join their team. They will be an industry skilled with extensive knowledge and a true passion for customer service. This role will be offered on either a Casual or Part-Time basis.
The ideal candidate will have:
Ability to deliver seamless food and beverage service
Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer-focused service
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work across a range of shifts (primarily mornings)
Current RSA and Food Safety certification required
Knowledge of coffee, with a basic understanding of bar service and wines
Previous experience as a floor waiter in a restaurant setting
