A long standing ICG client is looking for a business banking arrears management specialist to assist an existing ICG team with a major transformation of the clientâs collections and recovery operating model covering systems, processes and people.
Role
Support a multi-stream project team, providing specific expertise, benchmarks, and deep industry experience.
Key Deliverables:
Provide capability maturity frameworks.
Provide and review process maps for best practices
Provide or help the team gain access to relevant benchmarks across the industry
Define and map best-in-class arrears and early warning processes across pre-delinquency, delinquency and recovery stages, including customer journey and treatment segmentation.
Recommend improvements to customer contact strategies (e.g. cadence, channels) and governance frameworks (e.g. escalation paths, oversight of non-performing loans).
Experience and qualifications required:
Lead role in a business bank managing arrears, collections and or recoveries spanning several years recently
Management consultant with multiple recent project experience in this field in recent years

Start date: August Duration: Initial project 8 Weeks, on a versatile basis, full time or part time based on availability and experience and any conflicts
Location: Australia
Rate: The daily net rate to the consultant will be defined by seniority and experience but as a minimum will be $2,000 + GST a day
