We have multiple positions available for Commis Chefs to join Crown on a Part time or Full-Time basis. Experience with the below cuisines would be desirable:
Asian Cuisine (Wok Specialists)
Japanese (Fine Dinning)
Australian Up-to-date Cuisine
About the role
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to a consistent high standard
Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food
Follow Crowns Food & Hygiene standards at all times
Experience working in quick paced kitchen operations
About You
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong culinary skills and passion for food
A resilience and drive to work well in a fast-paced environment
A positive approach to your work and excellent communication skills
Ability to work around a 24-hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays

Qualifications
Must hold Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
