We’re searching for a our very own ‘Rosie the Robot’ - you know, from The Jetsons - a Housekeeper known for their work ethic and efficiency.

We’re on the hunt for a cheerful, reliable, and detail-loving Guest Services / Housekeeper to join our energetic team at Nightcap, based at the Springwood Hotel.
If you have outstanding attention to detail, take pride in creating a clean, welcoming space, are available 3 - 5 days a week 10am - 3pm! Then We’d love to hear from you!
A day in the life of a Guest Services Attendant:
Making every room feel like home away from home
Follow daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules
Help the Publican know what needs repair and maintenance throughout accommodation
Make our guests stay special by working with the Front Office team to deliver special requests
Qualifications

You’ve got the attention for detail keeping rooms crisp and making them shine
You’re reliable, punctual and adaptable
Available 3 - 5 days, 10am - 3pm!
You take pride in your work and it shows
