Gadens is seeking an Early Careers Advisor/Partner to lead the firm’s national clerkship and graduate programs, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with strategic workforce priorities.
You will partner with Partners and leaders across the business to provide strategic advice on early careers talent, while enhancing Gadens’ employer brand and market presence. The role can be based in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney with regular travel across offices.
