We're now looking for a Transport Coordinator to join our Erskine Park team - someone who enjoys being in the middle of the action and making sure deliveries run smoothly.

The role

This is a hands-on operations role where you'll act as the link between our business, our customers and our transport provider.

You'll be responsible for planning deliveries, confirming details, allocating transport and solving any issues that come up along the way. No two days look the same - it's rapid paced, varied and requires someone who can think on their feet.

What you'll be doing
Acting as the key point of contact between Stramit and our transport partner to keep deliveries on track
Coordinating delivery schedules and allocating transport capacity
Confirming delivery requirements with customers (site access, timing, constraints)
Managing complex and time-sensitive deliveries across NSW
Proactively identifying risks and solving problems before they impact delivery




Working closely with internal teams across operations, customer service and sales
Supporting improved delivery performance (DIFOT) and cost efficiency

What we're looking for
Experience in transport allocation, scheduling or logistics coordination
Someone who can work autonomously and take ownership of their day
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage changing priorities
Comfortable dealing with customers, drivers and internal stakeholders
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Good systems skills (Excel / ERP systems beneficial)
Exposure to transport compliance (CoR/NHVR/HVNL)
