We are seeking an organised and detail-focused Order Management/ Client Services person to join a growing and market-leading business in the Hills District. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role managing client accounts and orders from placement through to delivery, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.

About the Role As an Internal Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer accounts and order processing from start to finish while building robust relationships with clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
End-to-end internal account management and order processing
Managing client enquiries and providing high-level customer service
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Coordinating orders with warehouse, shipping and freight providers




Monitoring inventory levels to ensure timely order fulfilment
Processing purchase orders, data entry and invoice checking
Preparing regular reports on orders, inventory and sales (Excel-based)
General administration and ad-hoc duties

About You
Minimum 12 months' experience in an office-based role (order management, customer service or internal account management preferred)
Solid Excel skills for reporting and data management
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
Confident problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace
Positive and professional attitude
