Fish House Steak & Grill is looking for an experienced Prep Chef to join our established kitchen team. We are a premium Sunshine Coast venue, recently awarded a Chef’s Hat by the Australian Good Food Guide (13), with a solid focus on fresh seafood, premium steak, Japanese-influenced dishes, and high-quality preparation.

This role is ideal for a chef who brings experience, maturity, strong knife skills, and the ability to add real value to an already well-run kitchen.

The position is primarily based at Fish House Steak & Grill, with the requirement to work across Bella Venezia Restaurant & Bar when required.
