Totally Workwear is seeking a Franchise Operations Manager to strengthen governance, risk and compliance across our franchise network. You will own the GRC program, Operators Manual and related policies, procedures and SOPs, ensuring they are current, practical and compliant.
You will drive risk management, staff training and liaison with the board, delivering governance reporting to the Head of Totally Workwear and the Operators Board.
